Hello, I am looking for a developer to create an android and iphone app. that records DB noise using the mic. sensor then displays this on a graph daily.

when the sound level reache (XYZ) the app then needs to send Via Bluetooth to a wearable... a vibrate message. when the sound stops or below (XYZ) the vibration on the wearable stops.

need great UI
need in app purchase for the wearable

The wearable is a prototype Ring

Willing to share profit at %15 for life of app.
