I have started a website and realized it was to narrow of a market and now want to make an app like GETMYBOAT.

There in usa I would concentrate on Southeast Asia .

1. What will be the business model for the project? Clients will list there boat or yacht for rent and we will charge a fee for the charter . We control the contact details until full payment is made .
Messaging we need to above and edit before they communicate to the boat owner
Do you charge a commission for booking payment Yes 7%
2. Do you need calendar integration? This should be a drop down menu just for the client to place the time and dates of departure and returns
3. Do you require the option for the making featured, sponsored boat, etc? This feature is nice and can be simplified like the most chartered boat
4. Are you flexible with users making payment. Yes BUT I do not like paypal
5. Will the user be able to locate the Boat/Yacht on map? Yes
6. There will be 2 types of user (For Renter & For Boat Owner)
7. For Renter:
Renter will do singup/login into this app and can search Boat according to nearby location or any specific location. There will be listed Boat Owner with full description where user can choose best one and book.

Search Boat >>> Choose Boat >>> Reserve >>> Make payment >>> Confirm Booking

8. For Boat Owner: Boat Owner will register his Boat with full description with offer price. Once any user book their Boat he will get notified and confirm that booking.

9. 2. Do you need it for both platform iOS as well as Android? I think Yes?
10. There are few additional features like advance search, Filter, currency converter, App social sharing, Add Payment Method
11. Do you need our help with wire-framing and design? Yes
12. Do you need our help with server side? Possibly Yes
13. 3 types of users ....
a) Client login /boat renter login
b) User login - those want to rent a boat
c) And most importantly your super admin login that manage all system
Super admin - manage users both types /payment manage etc
14. Will we be taking care of Graphic designing? I have a graphic Artist Team I only need your requirements.
15.Do you offer boat for overnights? Some owners who list there boat with us will offer overnight Yes
16.Do you provide captain for the boat also or you provide self drivable bare boat? Boat owners may vary their requirements.
17.For how many countries do you intend to launch this project ? Start All Southeast Asia area but would like to tap ALL if possible.
18.Do you need a multi currency system? We can narrow it to Dollar and Philippine Peso. Your recommendation?
19. Do you want to track payments done to Captains/Boat owners ? This will only go through our system and we will charge client 100%. However owners cannot receive this payment until the booking.
20. Do you have the wire-frames ready for the app? Don't know what that is ?
21. Any specific technology choice you have made for back-end development of the App? Would you like us to offer some suggestions? Latest available ?
22. Will there be any Review/Rating functionality ? Not sure its needed?
23. Will there be multiple variant of registration (with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Foursquare)? Or will the user be able to register by Email only? Maybe it could be Best via emails for now.
24. Will the Yacht/boat agency and Fleet would be able to list their services on this application or it will be only for single owner? All avenues can add a fleet or boat no limits
25. Will the Boat/ Yacht owner will have to pay some credit amount or purchase any membership to list their services? Its Free to List (suggest to use any monetisation technique to connect users as Boat owners and Customer could connect directly outside an app) The direct contact of boat owner is not given to renter until a deposit is made via our system , messaging center will block all messages and approve them before fwd to the boat owner.
26. Will there be any referral system will be available in your application? (We suggest it as it will help attract large target users) I am open to the idea
27. Will there be any offers and deals section so that it could attract large target users? Not yet
28. Will the user be able to locate the Boat/Yacht on map? YES
29. Will there be any rating system so that it helps user to choose the perfect Boat/Yacht service provider? Yes
30. Will the user be able to plan out events/ parties on yacht/cruise/boat? Please make it clear . Yes but generally this we be done via person to person Messaging and iquires
31. Will there be any social feature to share their experience on the Yacht/Boat with their friends? (YES , We can use this as it will directly target large audience through social media which in result will increase in number of downloads)
