Mobile app project description

We wish to have a website and mobile application to promote and take online orders for restaurant / takeaway business.
1- We will need a website and app to allow orders to be taken for collection or delivery.
2- Payment can be made through the Worldpay gateway or cash on delivery.
3- Our delivery area will be restricted to a set number of postcodes (like BN1, 2, 3, 41, 42 & 43). We will have the ability to add and remove postcodes. (The local postcodes will be well introduced to you)
Delivery charges will apply only to specific postcode area, such as those that relate to Universities which are far from us but potential (For Example BN1 9). [The postcodes here consist of 2 parts for example BN3 4EF. The first part "BN3" and the first letter of second part "4" identify the geographic area whereas how far they are from us and therefore different delivery charges]
4- There will be an option to offer a % discount for orders collected.
5- There will be an option to set a minimum order value, but the option to set that value by postcode is also required.
6- There must be an area to update the wait time for deliveries and collections.
7- All orders will be sent directly to our thermal printer (we will supply details of the printer).
8- We have a Clock Menu which will change from hour to hour. This will apply to orders made during that hour.
9- Various pages will be required consisting pictures and different data texts.
10- The website core should have the ability of having changes in future as well as having more configurations set up on it.
