Mobile app project description

Hi.
I'm looking to develop an app for walkers. I want an on hand guide to walks with a mapping system similar to that of Google maps, but more precise for the walker. So it can directly guide people to land marks, accessible routes, and points of interest. Aside this I want to include a feature where people can add walks in all areas, and can arrange to meet walkers too.
I also intend on listing dog friendly pubs along the way, and potentially approach these pubs to see if they'd offer a discount to walkers in return for advertising on the app. I essentially want it to be like the tinder of walks where people can select the area they want to walk, they can adjust the distance they want to walk, travel, difficulty level and accessibility with slider filters and then swipe right or left on the walks they want to do.
