Mobile app project description

Crop Metrix (Pty) Ltd is a service company operating in the agricultural sector in South Africa.
We have a fully developed and tested mobile app. Just before we wanted to take it to market in February 2022, the app wouldn’t allow us to log in. The developers wasn’t able to figure out what the problem was. It took them close to three months to get it working again, but they admit that they still do not know what the problem was and also not what caused the problem.
Obviously we can not afford to take a product to market if this is going to happen again. We have no one with the necessary skills on board, so we are have to outsource it.
We are looking for some one to:
1. Figure out what the real issue was
2. Support us in future on an ongoing basis.
3. Do further development and upgrades to the app in future.
4. We also have a few similar products that we would like to develop in future.
