Mobile app project description

Hello,

My name is Salma. My partner and I are looking to find a developer for a mobile app to provide electrical fixing and maintenance services, and maybe plumbing services to the public.
The customer would be able to choose a service with a pre-fixed price from the list, or submit an enquiry for a quote by uploading pictures and a writting note with measurements. Once a price is set he can accept it and proceed for scheduling an appointment for our technician to visit.

We would like a proposal that would include any other third party requirements such as a cloud based server or so.
