it is like UBER but for towing and it has 2 way for service price , by uber way ( distance & time ) and quote way the drivers can send their offers to user

System Users Role & Platforms:
1. End Users: They will be able to use the application to book the tow truck in case of emergency.
Platforms: Mobile Application (Android - Smartphones, iOS – iPhones)
2. Truck Drivers: They will be able to use the application to check-out their work order and serve the service by updating status of service while they are on road and they will receive requests from customers directly

3. System Admin: Who will be the higher authority to manage all backend level functions of the system like managing truck drivers, managing their service with other information views - requests of the users, current services, earnings of the service providers etc.
* Process of Service booking:
Step 1: Choose Pick up and Destination (from the map)
Step 2: Send request to all TRUCK DRIVERS (system will check out all nearby TRUCK DRIVERS
and send a request to them)
Step 3: Get Quote from the all truck drivers (Once the truck driver receive the
request, they would need to submit own quote with other details to the user within given time limit)
Step 4: Select one from the received quotes (As soon as, the user receives quotes from the
truck drivers, the user can choose any from the list basis on own need)
AND THE USER CAN CHATTING WITH THEM FOR MORE DETAILS , AFTER THE USER ACCEPT THE QUOTES HE CAN SEE DRIVER TELEPHONE NO. FOR MORE CONTACT IF HE WANT

1. Which type of payment methods would I like include in application for services payment?
CASH & ONLINE PAYMENT
I AM NOT SURE WHICH PAYMENT GATEWAY I WILL CHOOSE UNTIL NOW
2.THE TRUCK DRIVERS CAN JOIN IN APP DRIVER BY THEIR PHONE NO AND PHOTO OF REGISTRATION TRUCK CARD & DRIVING LICENSE AFTER I CHECK IT BY ADMIN DASHBOARD FOR ACCEPT IT OR NOT
3.my revenue generation plan from this system development to take own commission out of the service providers’ successful services payment
5. the truck drivers , who will receive new request from the any nearby user, will have limited time to submit own quote for own service, as the customers (end users) would require the service asap in case of emergencies
6. ONCE THE USER SELECT ONE QUOTE FROM DRIVERS , THE DRIVER WILL MOVE TO USER AND THE USER CAN SEE WHERE THE DRIVER IN THE MAP LIKE UBER APP
7. I would like to include a common message sending functionality for the end users app, using which the user would be able to send a common message to all service providers who have sent own quotes for the user’s service request
* It will work as the user will send a common message (broadcast) but will receive response from the service providers individually.
8. The application will need online chat functionality for instant communication between truck drivers and the users while decision making process .
