Mobile app project description

Design of app will be provided by myself at a later date. Main functions of app will be to provide multi-faceted security features for phone. Majority of apps only of singular security that is easier to bypass, such as code, or fingerprint scan. App would integrate multiple security processes together (code, followed by print, and voice recognition, specific phrase.) I have came up with several ideas for apps, however with no technical or coding background am looking for someone to help put my ideas into development.
