Mobile app project description

- Design + Coding needed. Ideally for iOS + Android.
- City guide app that will show "top lists" (like top restaurants, top nightlife, etc), allow users to upvote / downvote points of interests (so the app then ranks POIs by the most net upvotes). Also allows users to save favorites and show in map view, and click into POIs to see details (pull Yelp/Google data -photos, details, reviews).
