Mobile app project description

Our company basically provides a booking platform between student and tutors. However, we wanted to transform the entire thing turns into an app with just a few taps to allow the student to book our tutors.

I would like to get a quote for the following work needs to be done:-

Booking platform between students and home tutors, which is pretty similar to accommodation bookings. Website, iOS & Android, not sure if native or hybrid is required.

Function for parents or students
-Create account (general personal information, upload profile pic, ID)
-SMS and email Verification
-Search tutor with filter requirements such as subject, location, year
-Make bookings
-Payment gateway - add payment method
-Receive & sent message to tutor
-Cancel the booking
-Amend the booking dates
-Rate and review tutor within a limited timeframe
-View booking history
-Receive notifications on app and email
-Receive invoice via email

Function for tutors
-Create account (general personal information, upload profile pic, ID)
-Upload qualification documents
-SMS and email verification
-Edit calendar availability (break time, off day, time interval between classes, instant-booking)
-Receive payment
-Receive & sent message to confirmed booking from student
-Cancel the booking
-Amend the booking dates to wait for student's approval
-Rate and review student within a limited timeframe
-View past and future bookings
-View daily earnings with each class to be specific
-Receive notifications on app and email
-Receive earnings summary via email

Master Admin
-Able to make changes on all bookings, calendar, promo codes, approval of tutors application, remove account, financial summary, message students & tutors, booking activity summary

Please provide me a quote and timeline of the entire project. At the same time, if possible, please provide us similar projects that your company has successfully completed for our references.
