In South Africa, hand signals are used to indicate to the mini bus taxi driver where that particular passenger is travelling to. These hand signals vary with every city as well as with taxi association. The problem is that commuters travelling from different parts of the country for work, study and other purposes might not be familiar with the hand signals of that particular city. Over and above that these mini bus taxi are in most cases the only means of commuting. This app we are trying to create is essentially trying to feel this gap, providing commuters with an app they can use as a a quick guide that consumers can use to find the correct hand signals to find their correct destination
