I'd like to develop a mobile app that promote shopping from Stores and shopping centers in a country of interest (of course any store got to order this app to promote his warehouse activity)
when a person setups this app and get close to any subscribed shop while he is walking, will get a notification about new promotions, coupons and discounts available right a way.
please provide me with price offer including uploading to app store.
