Mobile app project description

My goal is to create a platform similar to Task Rabbit. It would include a geolocation feature, messaging feature and payment processing feature. I would want to be able to sign up new users that could post a seasonal outdoor service job that would request a contractor. Contractors should be able to use the app to sign up and deliver a requested service. Contractors should be background checked so the app should include a sign-up service that allow them to be reviewed before starting to accept jobs.
