Mobile app project description

Hi

I need help with developing an app for androids. I don't need for the app to get uploaded on Google play only
installed on Android tablet devices. I am going to send you the specific needs I have for the app to perform and
hope to get a price for developing such an app.

1. The program should be able to collect and save data on the hard drive (App-name /app-number, time and date when
statistic button was pressed, and which button was pressed).3 buttons with estetic drawn "smileys" green, yellow and
red. After the first choice you should have the option to comment on
your choice, optional for 15 seconds.

2. The program from different units will submit data at the end of the day to to a main administrator
computer that processes the data and can present data to a third party.

3. Main computer can then uppload the data to a third app, that can show results. The user of the 3rd unit will be
able to choose to see the individual result from one app source or multi sources. Even data over one day / one week /
one month / specific time period data. The data presented in the form of charts, staggers or curves selectable, with a
percentage that compares the individual button choice compared to the other buttons.
