Mobile app project description

Please requirement description below – can you please let me have a rough order of magnitude costing (+/- 30%) based on the below please? An early response appreciated as have requested other suppliers for quotes too and want to make a quick decision.

Requirement:

"Based on the Sharing Economy model, MyDIY helps connect two types of people - 1) someone in a neighbourhood/town/city who loves doing DIY tasks and has their own tools etc, 2) someone who wants to hire a local to do a DIY task. The closest comparison to the model is TaskRabbit and Handy - both of which have verticals for hiring DIY services. The flow for the App and the website look and feel plus flow can be copied from TaskRabbit. Given much lower volumes expected as a startup, we can cut out any major extras from the TaskRabbit model for the purpose of making assumptions for this exercise.
Things that are important: 1) geo location (not active but a search based on location), 2) ability to see 'tasker' profiles and select the one you want, 3) some sort of basic scheduling functionality so we know when a certain tasker is available, 4) rating system for taskers, 5) payment functionality (customer pays platform via credit card and we pay taskers internally), 6) App should be light and fast, site should be very similar to TaskRabbit."

Anything not specifically mentioned between 1-6 can be removed from Taskrabbit comparison if need be for analysis - Key is to remember we are a niche player so don't need a wide option of verticals like TaskRabbit does (they don't just do DIY).
