Mobile app project description

Hi,
We are looking for a backend and front end developer. He/She will be developing an app on IOS and Android. The app will have a full chat system similar to whatsapp. Also it will have other features that we can discuss later.
We will also need a desktop app for Windows.

We have already finished 90% of the design on Sketch.
