I want to create this app to turn off all texting and internet abilities on cell phones while one is driving using the gps to track when the phone reaches 5mph. I would like a way to disable this feature for passengers but if it is a teen and the app is in parental control mode it will text the parents and let them know it was disabled. I would also like it to send a text when one is received to alert the person that the person they are trying to text is driving PROtexted and will get back with them shortly.
