Mobile app project description

I want an app that let people know the available parking spaces near a specific "establishment only" (not the whole philippines). The parking lots around the area will be listed ,how far it is from the "establishment" ,how many available parking spaces left? And the parking rates will be shown also. like waze, after choosing their desired parking space, the app will show the directions from their current location going to the chosen parking space. They can use credit card to pay/reserve the parking space.
