Mobile app project description

The main feature of the app is to allow customers to order a personal driver to pick and drop items form one location to anothor.
there are 3 portals for the solutions:
Customer : making orders from a listed name of merchant - restaurant /pharmacy/market, or any other shop by mentioning its name, also customer can select a pick and rop service for any item from one location to anothor such as document.
Merchant: restaurants: can have his menu, prices , offers, and can offer free delivery of the items or charge them, if the merchant is a chain store they can plan a rout of delivery
driver: will receive the order , pick the item , buy it , deliver it to the customer and take payment of the item price & delivery fees.
Payment can be cash or credit
Responsive Web: the gives same functionality of the app for all 3 users (the customer, the merchant & the driver).
This app needed in all IOS , Android, windows & web base.
Time frame 16 weeks.

we want developers to add value to the project by providing solutions that enhance the customer experiance form using this app, so the breif am sharing is an idea and we are open for valuable modifications that serve the idea.
