Which allow USERS to Ask for Service / something by ( search box / check box / option )+photo
Then:
The request will go to the Providers that in same category, and allow Provider to give Offer price
Then:
USER: can view all the offers and chose from them , then start Chatting
Chat will include : send Location / photo

For example
Anas Looking for a SANDWICH , Made in USA , budget (5-20)
Then the offers will go to him from the providers , then he can chose

So please Provide me an offer price if you can do that , with time to Done
