Mobile app project description

Looking for a “one stop shop" full stack developer, who can furnish a complete native app in IOS and Android, along with a fully functional website. Needs to design and code the entire app based on instructions provided of the visual design, functionality & detailed specs. Candidate must have excellent technical programming and design/UI knowledge and skill. Developer will need to conceptualize the vision based on the description provided and samples of the “finished look” desired, and provide front, backend & graphic design (art creation & graphics) ie. a 100 % completed app. Need it coded in the most modern and customizable programming language/code that is compatible with the most current operating systems for both mobile and desktop applications. Budget is $10,000 for a 100% completed, ready to submit app and companion fully functional website. This is the total budget, so if assistance is needed with design work or anything else that will have to come out of the budget indicated. After completion, 6 months of support for edits, bugs, troubleshooting and general unforeseen issues is to also be included in the contract.

Outline, specs and concept will be provided for evaluation prior to execution of contract so that both parties are agreeable on the terms and scope of work. A non disclosure/non compete agreement will also need to be signed.
