Mobile app project description

I was wondering roughly how much it would cost to build an app that has
the following functionality?
The app is in a certain industry and basically employers all around the
world would create roles they have vacant and potential employees can
apply for them. Both the employer and the potential employee would create
a profile of requirements and skills and the app would 'match' those who
fit.

The following would be required:
Log In
Create Profile & select locations
Shortlist candidates and jobs based on interviews
Android & iOS
Maintenance/ debugging after launch

I have mapped out on paper what each screen would look like.
