Mobile app project description

the mobile apps (IOS/Android) will be based on a php script that has many features some are social (follow/unfollow/like) while others are musical (top of the week, trending, discovery..etc) which has to be incorporated into the app
consider it a spotify like project but with the backend ready

UI/UX desgin elements are available, but coder has to be knowledgeable in stuff like background audio, lock screen player, playlist's, offline playlists within the app
