Multiplatform videocall - App project

Mobile app project description

I'd like to have a multiplatform Video calling APP working as an intercom.

Functionality:

-Access to device Camera and Mic with all the functionality built in the device by vendor

-Call other user in the Address book (solution is up to the developper i think to use email registered in every device as facetime to be the best but i'm open to any solution)

-Cross platform (IOS, Android, Windows) interoperability (Apple user should be able to contact an andriod user and so on)

-Possibility to show during the call pictures or video stored into the mobile device

-Picture in Picture feature (i see the person i'm calling, and in little square i see myself or the video that i show)

-If network is not stable or big enough for videocall warning massage should be send to the user asking if agrees just audio call or abort the call at all.



The budget is 1000 - 2500 US Dollars, i offer also a maintenance contract on call, based on agreed SLA for a reasonable price.
