I need an intelligent apps which allows buyerst oto make payment through sms which credits the sellers instantly.

The payment will have to be through the mobile number which has been registered with the bank and the telephone service provider .

There wont be a need to link a bank account or card details to maintain the integrity of the application.

There must be a room for future improvements, adjustment addition and deletions .

The currency will be in Nigeria Naira
