We work in the hospitality market in UK - restaurants, hotels, etc

We work to provide online food ordering via mobile, room service, table ordering, pick up, delivery, pre-order etc

It needs replacing so we want a clean build of a hybrid app for Android and iOS. The app needs the following features:-
1) a QR scanner to scan for menu url and also to collect data, such as address, opening times, etc
2) store data for history of scanned menu's/restaurants
3) Two way chat between foodie and business, i.e. I want to change my order, sorry we have no fish today can you change your order, etc
4) SDK integration for iBeacon & Eddystone

This is v 1.0, and we have plans for numerous other features, so this is a long term project.

We currently have development resources in Romania and would be happy to build on this.
