Mobile app project description

I have a website for medication administration which generates reports depending on the input of a patient records. All i'm looking for is to use that data on a mobile application. Would it be possible for someone to create an Android Application for a Tablet and sync the data from the backend website. I would like to request a quote and time frame for this App to go live.
