Mobile app project description

The idea of my app is to tone down the chatting idiot in the movietheater who's white screen disturbs all neighbors. The app will enable a hovering lens that: 1. has a "threshold effect" (photoshop users know this effect) that filters everything on the screen down to 2 colors.... 2. the lens also extra tones down the screen brightness (an app called Night Mode has that, and i would like to match it's 10% brightness).

3. The app should be like a widget? In the sense that it's a toggle on/off button... no adjustments options on app, it's just on or off button.

4. I want to sell my app for $.99
