I need Ugandans residing in Kampala sign-up and login. They will provide there full address

Fill a form where they will put groceries they need in the Kampala. They should have put the product needed, the quantity and other specifications that could be important, include the super market where to buy from, include phone number. Payment will be on delivery after the company makes a call to confirm. Depending on the location the app should be able to show the client the total delivery cost. A receipt be presented to client for payment on delivery.

The people should in life Google maps that shows clients location and and delivery man location. The client will be charged per kilometre and per kilogram.

The client should also be able to received SMS from the app confirming there number and email address and client should also be able to upload there national i.d photos.
