Mobile app project description

I need an application which will allow users to post job vacancies and people using the app can accept them.
Some of the features I would like to include would be:
- Social aspect (profile) and QR code to add work colleagues quickly
- User registration (profiles may need scanned evidence which will utilise the camera)
- Notifications
- Calendar
- Invoicing
- Private messages between users on the app
I would like the app to be used on android and iOS both tablets and smartphones.

I would also ask the developer to work on another application project after completion of this.
