Mobile app project description

We want a full app developer able to write mobile software that you can start to RFID talk with home and electrical appliances (washing machine, refrigerator,music box, heater, cooler, shades, lights,security alarm system, any other). With RFID tags transponder reads it on smart phone, sees and monitors, able to change, execute, alter,combine, add, reverse, reduce, accelerate, other functions to manipulate hardware home appliance, start to talk with refrigerator (simpleUPC) open food fact.org, "the milk is finished,refrigerator sends RFID,NFC, Bluetooth message to smartphone mobile, he tells buy milk, tonight no milk otherwise available, Example 2: heater uses to much energy, get all info out of hardware, RFID tags or bluetooth gets message okay, reduce energy for heater Example 3: cooling A.C. System in home is using at 6pm this amount of cooling mode, 6am this amount of energy cooling amount mode, switch to cooling mode 3a, less energy consumation.

We want to have a mobile software that has specific IOT procedures for apps and home and other appliances.

Our Prototype vision of handling: We write softeware application for it, make procedure and address new function at hardware appliances.
We give commands and procedures coming out of our software product to a transponder RFID (GPS, Bluetooth, other) like device to handle a home appliance.
This software handles functions to coordinate for example simpleUPC and open food fact or other data.

So this means we address with our software a RFID Device (could be also bluetooth, GSM,NFC or other) to start to activate a hardware issue and their functions.
In order to make our software product more competitive we are trying to understand other software packages and start to build new functions in it.
We have to understand many standards,codes and functions which makes it not so easy to go ahead so easily. Secondly, our competition on the hardware appliance is pretty big and strategy of high profile appliance builder worldclass ones is not always easy to understand. In order not be late and and being a late mover we have to be pretty careful.
