iOS & Android App like Yelp - App project

Mobile app project description

We would like to create an app more similar to Yelp than Talabat in IOS and Android as follows:
1. The restaurant will be able to register at our portal, create the menu, upload photos, prices and even special promotions if they'd like.
2. The restaurant can download a windows app that acts as a POS software which they can use to register daily sales (like Aldelo), print receipts, send orders to the kitchen. This application will sync with the menu, pricing, opening timing, etc to the App.
3. Once an order is received, it will automatically show on the POS App and can be acknowledged manually or automatically sent to the kitchen for preparation and delivery.
4. Customers in the restaurant, can place orders without the need for a menu or waiter.
5. This App should also cater for home businesses. Someone who is doing cupcakes at home can setup their home business, create their menu and prices and do cash on delivery. I would need businesses to attach their Commercial License to ensure they own that name. If a home business doesn't have a license then a licensed business can take that name.
6. The app should be ready for use throughout the world and restaurants are put on the map. Restaurants should be able to list the areas to be served and if the customer is in that area then he/she can order
7. The App in future will evolve so that freelancers like electricians, plumbers, painters, etc. can advertise their services and customers search for any within a certain radius to buy their services. 8. There would be rating for every service and the number of people who rated them and the rating comment if any.
