I'm actually a mobile app developer and I need someone to help me on this project. I need very simple interface from the salesman or advertiser so he can detect the near devices then start send messages or image to the user. additionally, I need simple interface for user to receive the message or image.

The ads should be depend on user interest so the user can choose from multiple categories (fashion - technology and so on)

I'm still not sure what technology I should implement maybe multi peer connectivity is what we need. The code should be written using objective C and Xcode.

For now I need proposal with the price and duration.

No need to do the design at all just simple interface without icons or design
