I Need A Taxi - App project

I need this app to be able to inform users of the route in which certain taxis travel from and to. The app must be able to display a road map of where the taxi is expect to travel on all the way to its final destination. I would like for the app to inform uses of the price fair of different taxis

In the long term I would like the app to be able to locate the users geo location in relation to the next taxi that is emerging towards them as well as the one that has already passed by. Eventually the app must be able to notify drivers of users/clients who are waiting for a taxi. The idea is to have the user signal their location to the drivers who are on the way by send a photo or snap shot of their location. This increases efficiency of the public transport system as there is now a level of communication.
