Mobile app project description
We need to develop a Mobile app for our startup, we have all designs and specifications are ready. Specifications are given selected Agency/Developer after signing NDA.

I would like to learn more about the Developer/Agency and have the chance to interview them a bit and ask technical questions. Finally I would want the developer to perform a small coding assignment and/or potentially have them walk me through some of their code and show me around and explain how they like to organize their code etc. Coding style and quality is important to me as of course is skill level.
Furthermore, please I would like to have app for Android and iOS.. so please convince me which technology is best for us as a startup in between Xamarin/ ReactNative/ Ionic2/3/ Angular2. Suggestion and differences are welcome ....
