Is it possible to create a site?

I want to create something like Trivago,where eg Gumtree,olx,Facebook market place are all on this site where a customer instead of searching on different sites can just automatically go on Nyzo.net and search where information will display different prices taken from these sites?
Where a customer who wants to sell can see also just through filtering which products sell more and faster for those wanting to start business eg .graph

It must just be basic and easy to navigate
