Mobile app project description

Im looking for a developer to help me develop a simple restaurant app to be available on the app store and google play, as well as online, that allows users to log in and order from a daily menu. Must be able to sign in (Remember user) and collect information. Must be able to input credit card information for order.Must be able to send push notifications to users phone.
There are a bunch of app templates online that do most of this functionality however i would like someone to tweak to exactly what I want.
