Looking for someone that can replicate an app like this one:

This same app but with our company's range of concrete floor coatings so customers can see what our floors would look like in their home live, based on a photo they've taken. Would like it to be compatible with both Apple and Android to be used on mobile phones and tablets. Needs to be user friendly and professional.
