Integrated Fire and EMS Data Management is a complete solution designed to manage all aspects of
small and large fire departments. Fire Inspectors, EMS professionals, incident commanders and hydrant
inspectors have unique requirements for collecting and accessing data in the field that are different
from managing data in the station. This software can create customized daily, weekly or monthly vehicle
checklists to ensure compliance and safety.

This requirement is for a faster, more efficient, more user-friendly IT system. This system is a need for
our Fire Department that includes: NFIRS reporting, Incident Data Collection, Occupancies, Inspections,
Training Records, Personnel, Shift Scheduling, Daybook, Vehicles and Equipment, and Supplies and

The Data collection, analysis and overall backend of this project will be handled by a separate entity, for our purposes, we would want your company to be handling the web and mobile application development.
