Mobile app project description

The Essentials On the Go app is a native Android and iOS app running currently on the AppStore and Google PlayStore. The developer company was not able to fix some issues therefore I am looking for a partner who can fox these issues:

a. Automatic subscription renewal does not work at all. Users don't get any info regarding subscription coming to the end, no popup just the app stops. Affected: Android, iOS
b. Some cases even though the user pays for the app it does not turn into Active status, e.g. the user can not use it. I have to manually set the Active status through the Admin panel. Affected: mainly iOS
c. The app incorrectly reaches the language databases. There are 4 pre-defined language databases (English, Slovak, Romanian, Hungarian), besides of those 4 databases 1 (Romanian) is empty. When I select the Slovak language the app shows no record, so he is trying to gather data from the empty (Romanian) database. Affected: Android
d. The user's subscription ended on 28th February. Although some parts of the app are reachable, not everything and a screen appears with options Purchase/Not Interested. In case the user clicks onto Purchase, the app leads him to the Subscription package screen. In case he clicks onto the 1 Year subscription plan button, the app shows Your package is already active. So the user is not able to renew the subscription. When I checked in the User subscription part (the part where the Admin is able to switch on and off the Active status) of the Admin, the user was Active. I can fix this by switching the user to Inactive then back to Active in the Admin panel. Affected: Android
e. In case the automatic subscription fails the status of the app still remains Active in the Admin panel. I have to switch it to Inactive and back to Active. Only this way I can renew the subscription.
f. in case of a forgotten password the user does not get the OTP by email nor via SMS. Affected: Android
g. In case subscription ended message appears: “Your subscription for the app has expired. Please again subscribe to continue to use.” In case the user hits the OK button they got the Subscription Package screen with 22,99€ button and Write us but nothing happens, not possible to pay.
