Educational assessment app for Android with backend support and SDK implementation - App project

We are app development company looking for an external supplier to develop the special app for the kids on:
• Android (tablet)
Please see the document attached for top-line description, sufficient to give you enough detail to undertake time and cost estimate. Further detail will be made available after NDA.
The app will have the external DB and need to send the raw data and media files (video) to this DB.

Top line requirements:
• One app for Android devices (tablet only);
• Integration with eye and head-tracking SDK (will be provided);
• Integration with backend web services;
• Delivery the apps within 6 weeks;
• Ability to start the development on the first-second week of March.

We will supply:
Visual designs of the app;
Scoping document clearly detailing app functionality;
Eye and head tracking SDK, which will be the part of the app;
The Database structure of text, images and audio files to be used inside the app.


If you feel you would be able to deliver, please reply and include:
• Names of apps you have developed;
• Experience level in NDK integration and native android development;
• Knowledge in OpenCV library will be a plus;
• Mathematical background will be a plus;
• Size and location of your team.
