Mobile app project description

We are in need of an App that works on Android Smartphones an Tablett. 
The App has to be designed and programmed. 

We are developers, based in Munich Germany, who are in need of your support for this project because we have reached our maximum capacity. We will however deliver you the design. 

The app will be a photo management and archiving app. It is important that the app functions properly on all platforms and the app has to be able to export the data to a cloud or our server. We also need the ability to create administrators and users in the app. 

We ask you to deliver a couple of examples of apps that you or your team have developed in the past 6 months, after we have received the examples we will filter out the people that fit best to our needs and then we will send you the project details. 

We are looking for a reliable developer whom could also help us in future endeavors. It may be possible to work on an hourly basis, however we prefer a fixed price.
