Mobile app project description

The basics are that clients will have the mobile app, or web app. and a Bluetooth printer. They will be able to create a QR code and print it out and scan it with the App and assign it to a project, add comments, be alerted to work to be done on the project. They can scan codes to find what's connected to the QR code and edit the data. This will sync in real-time.
They will be able to attach codes within other codes, in a tree-like hierarchy. So the Apps must be able to access the camera to scan codes and send notifications.
