I’m looking for the following, a cross-platform CRM app that helps me manage my workflow as a freelance.
It has to have a tag-based organization system, by which I can perfectly organize my suppliers and customers, and that could automatically set up my contacts by country once they’ve been added. Also, I need the CRM to be able to create and export lists in order to make broadcasts and mail lists. Ideally, I’d love that the contacts could be synchronized with my Contacts app. Another thing is that since I work with companies, on the contacts section I need a way to manage documentation – and orders.
Something that would be interesting is that I could send a link on which they could fill up their customer’s sheet and upload documents.
Regarding the inventory management, I need it to be a typical industry one (name, codes, prices, estate…) and it has to be linked with the CRM to be able to follow the workflow (who buys what, when, at what price, etc).
Best thing for me would be that I could access through all my devices, and even better an integration through skype and whatsapp business.
