Comment reply for social media - App project

The software can do the following
1)searches for comments or posts around x subject or on a specific page within a social media
2) analysis the centiment using amazons centiment tools or similar
3) post a reply from a database appropriate to the centiment
4) can post comments on say a facebook post or similar from a database
5) db set up in such a way that (for ease of explination) has 3 columns for start,middle and end of sentance so each reply/comment looks unique
6) can plug in a lots of accounts and itll rotate which one its using
7) works across YT and FB
8)Ideally uses as much off the shelf technology as possible from reputable sorces
