Mobile app project description

Hello,

I'm looking to stand up a website that appeals to businesses around the world. The site will be mostly for general public, but will have a section for members only.
* In order to support the members, the site needs to have a "Membership" section with 3 sub-pages:
1. Benefits of Membership
2. Member Directory
3. Become a Member
* It should support an account creation that also support a payment processing system.
* The site should have a login section for members
* The site should have a members only page (at most 3 pages for members)
* The site should support a Blog page
* An email needs to be setup along with a linked Facebook page
* The site needs to have the standard pages - Home, About Us, Contact Us, Services.
