I am exposed to the doctors community in Spain and I see a great opportunity to provide them with services that they currently lack.

The idea is to build an MVP of a social network for doctors, residents and med students with the basic options to create a profile and interact through chat/messages. This product will be initially designed to address Spanish health system but it could be extended to other countries in the future.

As this will only be an MVP with basic functionality we will start with Android, given that majority of the initial users run on this platform, and work on iOS in the future if it works out.
Also, given the small set of features that this app will initially bring, I want to make a difference with the design, to make it very slick and easy to use, with custom details for doctors.

We'll introduce this product to a reduce set of users to begin with and will spread it as we go. We will have to monitor the behaviour of our users to add the functionality that they need.
