Mobile app project description

I am an attorney. I need a website where clients have (1) download a copy of their file; (2) make recommendations to changes; (3) schedule both Skype and on site appointments; (4) make payments; (5) refer over clients; (6) request refunds for good cause; (7) see their balance; and (8) see if I holding any of their funds in trust; and (9) upload certain documents. Documents must be identified by case number and stored in client's folder, even when scanned by me. Also, there needs to be an automation software that generates common pleadings. i would like both an online interface and software interface. How much can you do this for? I would also like to have a motion/pleding bank where certain attorney's can sync their court dates for free and it would be nice that court dates of clients are synced from court website.
