Mobile app project description

An iOS + android app to conduct and monitor REAL TIME short duration surveys. Each question to be independent of other questions. Every question to be valid for answering only for a specified period of time and to be deactivated when the administrator initiates the deactivate command. The app to collect results and report in form of charts/graphs/diagrams.
