Key features
1. Registered customer location is identified by geo location/gps
2. customer requests service in his area ; based on a simple service/price menu and at a specified date/time
3. Registered Services provider in area receives notification of service request and accepts/ignores
4. after service has been provided, payment goes to provider's registered paypal account from customers registered credit-card or paypal, less commission that goes to the app owner's paypal.
5. Service provider can receive ratings by customer based on a simple scale plus comments if desired.

App developer requirements : MUST have successfully developed and integrated at least 2 FULLY functional apps including both geo-location identification and payment transactions on mobile apps for BOTH Android and i-Phone. Client must be able to see live demonstrations of those apps. No exceptions ! Project is subject to NDA!
